We have a WhatsApp Group, to enable us to keep in touch and communicate information regarding sessions and events, to join please either email: slalom@thesharls.org.uk or text us on 07951 770241.

Paddlers at Harefield can use the changing facilities, toilets and showers at Rickmansworth Sailing Club. We remind you of the need to wear session appropriate clothing, particularly in the cold weather.

We provide kayak, paddle (with pogies to keep hands warm), bouyancy aid, helmet and instruction.

You’ll need a change of clothes and towel, and dress expecting to get wet.  Several layers of shirts/sweatshirt/fleece and a waterproof cagoule should keep you warm enough (or a wetsuit if you have one).  Wear trainers (not too bulky).
