Divisions 2, 3 and 4, so suitable for all Shark paddlers. You can enter either or both days, you can travel daily or camp on site. An opportunity for competition, and fun, bring the whole family. You can enter on line here.

Cardington provides a fun course, which is suitable for paddlers new to slalom. It is Britain’s first artificial slalom course built in the 1980s utilising a flood releif channel and is set in Priory Country Park. The hosts, Viking Kayak Club run a very good catering facility, which includes vegan options.
There will be Shark coaches on site all weekend, we can bring a variety of boats, so you can try canoes as well as kayaks. The Sharks are regular visitors to Cardington, we were there in June this year, and a the late Summer 2025 event.
The event is a double header, so there is a competition on the Saturday and another one on the Sunday, you can race on one or both of the days. There is normally a team event on Saturday after the individual events.
