Return to Paddling – Again
Saturday and Sunday Sessions to Resume On Saturday 5th December Shark paddling Sessions will resume at 1pm at NW10 and at 1pm in Southall, Harefield sessions will start on Sunday 6th December at 1pm.

These sessions will resume on Saturday 5th December With the easing of Covid-19 restrictions we will resume our weekend paddling sessions at Southall on Saturdays at 1pm for less experienced and at 2:30pm for racing boats.

Coronavirus Policy Updated 28th November 2020 With the ending of the current restrictions due on the 2nd December and the return to the Tier System, The Sharks will be resuming normal sessions on Saturday 5th December
To all our Staff The past few months have been a trying and testing time for all of us, The Sharks were up and paddling within days of the lockdown lifted at first with experienced paddlers and then gradually introducing other socially distanced sessions.
We have a Vision
And that vision is starting to become reality The Sharks have been working to create a permanent home or our own in Southall for quite sometime, we could see the potential of converting disused garages and undercroft in to a thriving Community based Canoe Club with gym and more.
On the move in Southall
We have moved, but only slightly From now on the meeting place for our sessions in Southall will be just in a slightly different place, just 200m further along the canal, but providing us with far better options so we can improve what we do.

New Sessions and New Times As we further open up the Club following Covid-19, we now have some new sessions and new times at Southall, so that more people can become part of The Sharks.

Work goes on behind the closed doors We have for sometime been working on a project to establish a home of our own in Southall on Havelock, whilst we may not be able to paddle at the moment, work has been on-going for some time, seeking funds, getting planning permissions and preparing the site.

Mini-Marathons at Havelock The new mini-marathons at Havelock are underway and although a small turn out today there were some good performances and we will keep them going throughout the Winter and by next Spring we will have some star paddlers racing at ranking events.

New Mini-Marathon Results
From Saturday July 27th at Havelock, Southall As part of the London National City Park Festival we ran a canoe race for paddlers attending the event, many of these were local residents, some fro our regular Tuesday Sessions.
