Next Race September 18th 2025 Every third Thursday during the Summer months, last race of the season is on Thursday 16th October. A very simple format including 200m, 500m and 1,000m. And did we mention; its is free to enter.
Who is coming to the great Slalom? Langham Farm Slalom takes place on the weekend of Saturday 20th September and Sunday 21st. It is a ranking Division 3 slalom and a Division 4 Slalom. You can enter here.

3.5 K Marathons at Harlesden We have introduced a new series of Marathons, to help support paddlers wanting to race this discipline at Regional Hasler Events.
4th Wednesday of the Month The Harlesden Sprint Nights kicked off in August 2025, with some 200m and 500m races, they are free to enter and will run on September 24th and October 22nd.
Plenty of races to get involved with The Sharks have targeted a number of races for us to get involved with some are on our own home territory, other involve day trips or overnight stays. Get involved, have fun and see how far you can go.

Things we want to achieve in 2025 Each year we set ourselves a list of challenges for the new year, so this is what we have so far, if you can think of any others please do email us: canoeing@thesharks.org.uk and make your suggestions. We will update the list as we go through the year.
And Beyond Building on the work of past years, we have great plans for 2025, to grow our project at Harlesden and create a first class canoe club for a first class town.
A new event with a difference A small group of Shark Paddlers tried out an event with a difference, it was more about time on the water and learning new skills, in preparation for competition, although there were some non-ranking races to help.
