Division 3 & 4 on Sat 4th & Sun 5th
Our friends at Shepperton Slalom Canoe Club are hosting a Division 3 and Division 4 Slalom at Shepperton on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of July. Shepperton SCC, always put on a great event, they are very supportive of The Sharks, so let’s support their event in style!
Shepperton is our nearest competition site and it is an ideal entry level (division 4) and Division 3 event, we have had a number of paddlers at recent events; Langham Farm, with 13 Sharks racing, and at The Sharks at Shepperton Event (same site) where we had 20 paddlers over the two days!

There is free camping onsite if you wish to stay overnight, the Canoe club run an excellent on site café during the event, catering for all needs. There are also nearby other eateries for evening entertainment. The Club has changing rooms and showers.
If you have raced before, you know you can do it, if not, this is the ideal event to start at, let us have a great weekend of fun on the River. We will take kayaks, Canoes and Double Canoes, so feel free to try something different. If you are in Division 2 or above, you can enter the Officials’ Event and help with Judging. Without judges we have no events, people volunteer at your races, so time to help out at Shepperton.
