1,547 Thank Yous
That is the number of people we had in our somewhat truncated season at Osterley Park this year.
Due to Covid-19 we were unable to start at Osterley till Sunday 26th July, having agreed and sorted a Covid Secure Plan wit the National Trust, although we did not advertise the first session as we wanted to test our Covid procedures on a smaller number of people, we had 60 people turn up! All were got on in social bubbles, all kit was cleaned between sessions, thanks to our brilliant staff.
The hot weather and people looking for socially distanced activities meant we were going to be busy and on two occasions in August we had over 100 people, indeed we were so busy that we had to take on extra staff to cope with demand. The team this year also did a great job in engaging with people, which has meant that our Racing Sessions at Southall and NW10 are now really busy and numbers have also been added to our Slalom sessions at Harefield.
From opening day we ran every Saturday (till the end of September) and Sunday (till the end of October)and during August we also did Wednesdays, and the Bank Holiday Monday.
We would like to thank the National Trust, and their staff at Osterley Park, who as always have been great. We do encourage everyone to join the National Trust and help preserve these treasures for future generations. It is excellent value for money, as you can visit all their properties without additional cost and you can park for free!

Osterley Park is a stunning place to relax and enjoy, we will be back in the Spring 0f 2021, details are available on our Osterley webpage, which we will keep updated. In the meantime The Sharks do operate all year round at our other sites, so you can still get your fix of regular socially distanced activity and fun at: Harefield, Southall, or NW10 (Harlesden/Park Royal).
