Reboot – NW10

Enabling More People to Paddle more Often As restrictions are easing we are gradually opening up more sessions to more people, but still in a controlled way to minimise the risk of Covid-19.

June 2020

We are Back! Although we have a long way to go till we are fully open, after being locked down it is good that our existing paddlers have been able to get out on the water, hopefully July will see more action and more paddlers.

Extra Sessions in NW10

Thursdays 4pm and 5pm Due to demand we are adding an extra session at our Harlesden/Park Royal site, this is still limited and running under restrictions from Covid-19, but please do contact us and get active.

Sprint 2021

Let Us Look Ahead The dates for National Sprint Regattas have been announced for 2021, this may seem a long time off, but it gives us something positive to look forward to at this difficult time.

Sprint Canoeing

Just How Fast Can You Go Canoe Sprinting is about making the boat go as fast as you can on flat water normally over distances of 200 metres or 500 metres.

Opening Up in NW10

Harlesden/Park Royal Sessions to start on Thursdays In keeping with our plan to re-open post Covid-19 lockdown, we are now running sessions at NW1o at 4pm and 5pm on Thursdays.

Canoe Marathon

Pushing Yourself to the Limit Long Distance Racing in canoes and kayaks takes a number of forms, but it is exhilarating, tactical, fun and rewarding. At entry level races are just a few kilometres on flat water.

Re-Starting Paddling

What Next? The first tentative steps have been taken by the Government to re-open England for business and recreation, but there is along way to go. The Current status of canoe-sport is on our Covid-19 page.

April 2020

What Can We Say? Normally at this time of year we have lots to report, lots of events, sessions and activities going on, but Sadly April 2020 is probably a month that will stay with us for a long time, for all the wrong reasons.
