New Sessions at Horsenden and Greenford Quay
The Sharks are starting new sessions at Greenford Quay in June 2022, we will also be working in partnership with Horsenden School to enable people to try kayaking in their pool first.

Our first session will be in the Horsenden School Pool on Monday 30th May from 1pm, and will cost £5 per person. To book your place please call 07951 770241 or email: canoeing@thesharks.org.uk. Horsenden School is located on Horsenden Lane North, UB6 0PB.
We will then host our first session at Greenford Quay on Wednesday June 1st at 1pm. The cost of tis will also be £5, or £8 for both sessions that week. We meet at the Elsdale, which is moored on the canal at Tillermans Court, UB6 0FT.
It is our plan to run regular (at least once a week) sessions at this location, we will teach beginners, so no experience necessary. We will be able to provide opportunities for recreation and for competitive canoeing, the choices will be yours. The sessions are suitable for adults and well as youngsters, so the whole family can take part. For more information, please call 07951 770241 or email: canoeing@thesharks.org.uk. This will include afterschool clubs (any schools interested please contact us), family sessions, lessons and competitive training.
This is a new project and it will grow to meet the requirements of participants, so please come along and get involved and help create an amazing local canoe club in your local area. We want you to come and have some fun, and at the same time learn new skills, keep fit and who knows where the journey will take you?
Because we have been to some amazing places, not just in Britain, but racing in Europe and even in America. Please take a look around our website and see what we do, the level of commitment is up to you. There are no up front fees, we supply all the kit, so no excuses.
