Although no longer a Shark paddler, it is good to see the achievements of former paddlers who learnt to paddle with the Club

Alec has been promoted to Men’s K1 Division 1 Slalom by the Slalom Committee at the end of the season, although this is unusual as the Committee say, it has been an unusual time.

The Committee decided to promote some paddlers who were very close to promotion through the normal process, Alex was just 12 points shy of the required number.

Leo Timlin from our friends at Shepperton has also been promoted in Men’s C1 slalom to Division 1. Shepperton’s Edward Searle, has also been promoted to Division 2 Men’s K1 Slalom.
