As well as canoeing and kayaking there are the Derbyshire Dales to explore on foot or by bike, the historic Cromford Mills to investigate and nearby is the town of Matlock Bath, with eateries and much more.
A Club weekend away at the end of August would be a great opportunity for us to chat, socialise and plan more fun activities and for everybody, club paddlers, coaches, supporters, and parents to get involved in helping The Sharks to become a truly great Club. We could stay at the bunk house at Willersley Castle Cromford Mills, which in itself is worth a visit.
