Shark Shepperton Slalom – 16/17 September

Another Great Slalom to attend Shepperton16092017-start Sunday17092017-start The Sharks are organising anothe Division 3 and Division 4 (entry level) slalom on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th of September. This time it is at Shepperton Weir on the River Thames. It is being hosted at the site of Shepperton Slalom Canoe Club, to whom we are Shark Shepperton Slalom – 16/17 September

Cardington September Slalom Report

Another Slalom, Another Promotion Well done to Joel Gunnery, who has been promoted to national division 2 slalom after a fourth and a fifth place finish in the Men’s division 3 K1 event at Cardington slalom at the weekend. With points received earlier in the season, this has given Joel enough points to finish the Cardington September Slalom Report

Shepperton Results June 2017

There was some new Shark talent on display at Shepperton slalom. With two paddlers making their début. In the men’s division 4 K1, Jacob Simpson made his first appearance at a slalom and showed real promise, taking fifth place.

Shepperton Slalom 17th 18th June

All Paddlers Welcome This is a must for all Sharks who want to race slalom. A local event on the Thames at Shepperton. It is a Division 4 entry level slalom competition, so a great place to #letthejourneybegin. This will be a fun event with two competitions on two days, you can either attend both Shepperton Slalom 17th 18th June

Shepperton Division 2 -Results

James Read is the first Shark paddler to race in slalom this year, taking 19th place in the Men’s K1 event on Saturday 11th March at Shepperton Weir, in Sunday’s event he came 20th.

Slalom Training

Slalom practice takes place every Monday at Harefield from 6pm, new paddlers are welcome. The sessions take place at the Coy Carp, Coppermill Lane, Harefield, UB9 6HZ

Shepperton Slalom Results

The Sharks were in action at Shepperton at the weekend for the last slalom of the 2016 season, a division 2 and 3 double and finished the year is style with James Read being promoted to National Division 2 in Men’s K1 on the Saturday.
