Nene Wavehopper Challenge

Saturday October 18th

This is an event for everyone, it will be a great day with some great opportunities to paddle on something different.

The Wavehopper challenge is held on an artificial white water course in Northampton, NN4 7AA, it is self contained and a great place to start your white water paddling experience. It is about 90 miles from central London and should take an hour and half or two hours to get there.

You can do the race in a Wavehopper, a slalom boat, or another kind of plastic boat. The event is run by Wiltshire Youth Canoe Club, which whom we have a long standing friendship, so we know it will be a great day.

The Water will be available From 10am, with the event starting at 1pm, so plenty of time for practice, we really do urge you all to attend. You can enter here, if you have not raced Wild Water before and need help please call/text 07951 770241 or email: canoeing@thesharks.org.uk.

It is the ultimate theme park water ride, there are changing rooms and showers, it really is great fun and you could help The Sharks with the Inter Club Competition.
