Results for our WWR Storm Claudia threatened and after a Friday or heavy rain, we were expecting a furious weir at Harefield, but the rain kept off for the event and for a mid November day it was very mild. Water was not as powerful as we hoped, but the fun was.

November Mini-Marathon

Saturday 29th November The next race takes place on Saturday 29th November. They last Saturday of each month, control opens at 10am and the race starts at 11am. Full details are here, with Risk Assessment here.

Saturday 6th December Join us for a great day out, a fun, but competitive race at Barrow-upon-Soar, ideal for entry level paddlers and those with plenty of experience who want a good race. You can enter here.

Barrow Race Report November 2025 A glorious sunny day in November and The Sharks were racing at the Legendary Barrow Series again! Six paddlers racing this time, including a new paddler, welcome Peter Jago, and Imran Sulemanji‘s first Wild Water Race.

We are affiliated to Paddle UK, the Sport’s governing body, it enables to be involved in the competitive disciplines, provides us with insurance and they support us in running events.
