A Club for all Seasons

As Autumn fades away and the weather has cooled down somewhat, The Sharks are still going from strength to strength.

Competitions

The Sun was still shining on The Sharks when we raced at Barrow at the beginning of the month.

After Storm Claudia we had a mild Saturday for the Harefield Wild Water Race.

The weather had certainly deteriorated a bit for the last race of the month, the Cedric Avery Mini Marathon at Harefield

Sessions

Our Thamesmead sessions continue throughout the Winter months on Saturday morning, as are our Harefield Sessions on a Sunday morning.

We will be adding other Winter sessions soon.

Behind the Scenes

Well not really behind the scenes, because it is on full display for everyone to see, the rising superstructure of our new boat house at Harefield is taking shape. we generally have a team of people working on it on Thursdays afternoons if you have some time to come along and help.

We have also been busy working away on plans and funding, we have a dedicated team of people, searching for and applying for grants, so we can keep cost down and invest even more in our kit and activities.
