And every third Thursday during the Summer months. A very simple format including 200m, 500m and 1,000m. And did we mention; its is free to enter.

The races take place on the canal at our Southall site at Three Bridges School, access is via the footbridge on Havelock Road, UB2 4GG (please do not try and enter via other school entrances).
To enter we need to know:
Full Name
Date of Birth
Club and or School
Contact information, email and or mobile number.
You can enter on the day or email ahead: canoeing@thesharks.org.uk.
We will have prizes and certificates available, all races will be timed, paddlers will be set of in heats of three, with at least two rounds and finals, so if you enter even just one event, you will get at least two races. There will be series prizes as well as event prizes.
There will also be a Best School Cup for the series
This initiative is about grass roots paddling, but experienced racers are also welcome, we want to build a great community event, which is fun and supports competitive canoeing, providing routes into the sport.
