Athlete
James has been our top ranked slalom paddler for a number of years. He paddles Division 2 Men’s K1 and at the end of 2021 was ranked 42nd, and Division 3 Men’s C1.
As well as Slalom James was also our top ranked Wild Water Racing paddler in 2018/19 (the las full season, with a UK ranking of 44th.
He has also been know to race marathon and is ranked in Division 7 and is a qualified teacher who does occasionally help out.
James also sails and has taken part in the Fastnet Race amongst others.
