An afternoon (14:30 – 16:30) of White Water paddling, with coaching on the Legacy Course at the Lee Valley White Water Centre, organised by The Sharks. With a Ranking Wild Water Race in the early evening – 17:30 -19:30, all for the price of just £25.00 per person.
