Woodmill Wild Water Racing Reports

Well done Sue Templeton, not only for hosting the Woodmill WWR on behalf of The Sharks, but also getting some good coverage of the sport in local magazines and in Canoe Camper Magazine.

Getting publicity in local journals is important if we are to build up the sport, reality is we are not a major sport, and we do not get much press coverage other than a few words and a bit of (strange hours) television during the Olympics, and that does not include any wild water racing. But local journals are read and it does encourage people to get involved.

The parish magazine; Hamble-le-Rice, also carried an article as did the Community Magazine, Local Eyes.
