The Sharks like to spread the word, we have a very
active publicity section to promote sport and events and activities, we are
happy to help other not for profit organisations with media and marketing
campaigns for no charge. We have expertise in local marketing, getting
youngsters (and those not quite so young) involved in activities. We run
events to encourage new people into sport and we also run events for those
already active.
We have had articles published in many local papers including:

Ryan Ludlow and
Mainleto De La Cruz complete their first Slalom at North Walls in
Winchester, well done lads!
Well Done Angelie De La Cruz, who tackled the
Nene in a
Wavehopper, only her third time canoeing and first time on White Water!
The Sharks will be organising a series of Wild Water Races
throughout the Winter, on the last Saturday of each month (except December),
for more information.

Marafun series will take place at Harefield on the second Saturday of
each month, starting in October and running through to March 2011. Starting
at 10:30am
Welcome on board to Andrew Henning, who will be paddling for the Sharks.
David Lloyd Leisure Sudbury Hill have agreed to support this year's Summer
Marafun Series, the are giving a day pass to all entrants and a week pass to
all winners.
Congratulations to Grant Underwood promoted to Division 2 in slalom at
Oughtibridge.
