Amelia promoted to Division 2 on C1 Slalom

Congratulations to Amelia Combes who has been promoted to National Division 2 slalom in C1, making her our top ranked canoe singles paddler.

Amelia was racing at Cardington over the weekend and took first place on each day in the Ladies C1 with results that would have put her well up the ranking list in division 2.

As well as racing in Division 3 C1 at the weekend, Amelia was also racing in Ladies’  Division 2 K1 and achieved 11th place on Saturday and 10th on Sunday.

Khaleel Zianddin, was also in action at Cardington on the Saturday in the Men’s Division 3 K1 and came 28th.
