Shepperton WWR - Tuesday 18th June 2011

Despite a storm with lightening earlier in the day and traffic problems throughout the region, a turn out of 21 paddlers was very good.

Shepperton paddlers did themselves proud and jumped right up the table to second place in the Shark League, picking up many individual trophies along the way.

Thanks to Dave, for the finish, Helen for the cafe, Kaycee for control, Gordon for getting so many paddlers to enter as well as racing himself.

We are hoping that next month's event will take place at Hambledon, although at the time of writing we are still sorting out access issues. There will be a race on July 26th, but please check for exact location.

The results below are provisional and will be updated when we have clarified, ages etc.
